About Me

Our Purpose and Commitment

Hi! I’m Melissa Joy, Chef, Nutritional Coach, and Founder of HWH.


This new venture is the culmination of a nearly 15-year personal health journey. As a busy mom and health-conscious survivor, I discovered firsthand the critical power of nourishing my body through food. This profound experience now guides my cooking, meal prepping, and coaching. I focus on helping clients unlock the transformative effect nutrition has on our mood, energy levels, confidence, and long-term health.


My culinary philosophy is rooted in the wholesome Mediterranean diet, but I also passionately incorporate the vibrant flavors and techniques of a wide variety of other ethnic and cultural foods to keep meals exciting and well-rounded.
